Vineyard

Our .23 hectares have vines that are 25 years old and produce a crop with small berries and wines with strong structure.

Deep ruby color with garnet hues, this is a wine a both finesse and power. Typical vintages can last for decades as the tannic structure and acidity provide exceptional aging potential.

Serving Suggestions

It is best to serve this wine between 15 - 16 C / 59-61F. Among the most structured wines in the Cote de Beaune, this excellent wine pairs well with the most flavorful of foods, including foie gras, wild game with mushrooms, pork, rich fish such as sea bass or scallops, and regional cheeses such as Delice de Pommard, Comte and Epoisses.

L'abus d'alcool est dangereux pour la santé. A consommer avec modération.
