Vineyard

Located immediately to the west of the village, our .25 hectare parcel features 60 year old vines with reddish brown soil and a moderate mix of limestone.

A wine of medium ruby color, it contains floral aromas that have notes of red currant and dark berry fruits. The mid-palate has a firm structure and good dilineation. There is a nice finish with very good minerality.

Serving Suggestions

Ideally served between 15 -16 C/59-61 F, this wine pairs well with lamb, rabbit, and sausage; but if you prefer fish, grilled tuna matches well. A variety of cheeses including Delice de Pommard and Emmentaler enjoy this wine, but chevre such as Maconnais or Bucheron is an especially fine choice.
